1. Mark Prior - From a fantasy baseball perspective (and many other factors in life), the higher the risk, the higher the reward. There aren't many guys out there that you can draft in rounds 13-15 and that can offer you ace-like numbers. With free agency looming, something tells me this guy is going to pitch thru sinus infections this year.
2. Ryan Dempster - The Cubs are going to be playing a lot more meaningful games this summer, and that is why I think Dempster is going to have a big season. I love this guys makeup and it was just two years ago that this guy saved 33 out of 35 games.
3. Rich Hill - 4A player or legit major leaguer? Not only do I feel he is a legit major leaguer, I think he is a budding superstar. ML hitters batted .227 against the big curve-baller. Some were concerned with his wildness, but once he got the jitters out of his system in the second half, his walk rate went down big time. Struck out 50 in 42 innings in Sept./Oct.
