St. Louis Cardinals - 3 up/3 down

3 Up -
1. Jim Edmonds - A lot of fantasy players are declaring Edmonds done, but I'm not. Slugged .526 in 40 games in the 2nd half. Had a ton of injury issues in '06 and corrected his "hammer toe" issue in the off-season. We would be lucky to get 145 games from him in '07, but could put up 27 HRs and .284 in that time.

2. Kip Wells - If anybody can resurrect Kip's career, its Dave Duncan. He's still only 30 years old and it was just 4 years ago that he posted a 3.28 ERA in 197 innings for the lowly Pirates.

3. Chris Duncan - This guy isn't even getting drafted in leagues and he hit 22 HRs last year in 280 ABs. He's only 26, has baseball in his blood, and plays for a great team. Remember, defense doesn't matter in the fantasy world...

3 Down -
1. Colby Rasmus - OF
2. Blake Hawksworth - RHP (keep an eye on him in the spring, may get a shot to crack that rotation)
3. Jaime Garcia - LHP
